His proposals for erecting a number of Govt owned Catrines appear prima facie to be reasonable & I have therefore to request that you will inform me whether they have been reported upon by the Sanitary Board, whether his Estimates of the cost of the scheme & of the Revenue to be derived from the proposed Sale of Excreta may be accepted as accurate.
